We are facing the caprion error some time while viewing a report but it goes away after logoff and login
request you to please suggest

Environment Details:
BI Version:
Browser: IE/Chrome/Firefox
Standalone / Clustered system:
Web Application Server: Tomcat? or any other
Since when are you facing this issue? Like any changes or upgrade made?
Type of report facing this issue? Webi/crystal
Are all the reports affected or specific? If specific what is the difference between working and non-working reports
Do you get this error message else where also? or it is just specific to report?
Did you clear the cache of Web Application Server and restart the SIA ? If not, then can you try out
