Retirement Change date VIA pa41

hi

I configured retirement change date from PA41

When i exceute pa41 and exceute actions its change alright but IT 1 is not changing accordingly

For example if a employee is hire on 01.01.2007 for position 60086789

if he is retired on 01.01.2008 and then he is assigned to default position 99999999

When i go to PA41 and change retirement change to 01.15.2008 actions infotype changes fine

But In IT 1 there will be 3 records

1 ) from 01.01.2007 - 01.01.2008 in position 60086789

2 ) From 01.01.2008 - 01.15.2008 in position 99999999

3) From 01.15.2008 - 12 .12.9999 in positiion 99999999

there should be only two record

1 ) from 01.01.2007 - 01.05.2008 in position 60086789

2 ) From 01.05.2008 - 01.15.2008 in position 99999999

Where am i doing wrong??

and how can i do it
