I have Successfully upgraded to Sp21.
After making a minor upgrade to the application and installing it, the reports no longer work on the users machine.Is there runtime for sp21 or can this be resolved.

SP21 is not compatible with prior SP.Make sure the user uninstalls the prior SP and then installs the SP21 runtime.
