General (default) visibility and ordering settings for interaction contact factsheet?


In Hybris Marketing, when you open an interaction contact factsheet, you can order facets, make some scores visible and some other invisible, you can change the order of scores displayed on the left etc...

This kind of personalization changes are saved under your username. So when you back to interaction contact factsheet again you find it the way you changed the last time.

I wonder if we are able to make this "order settings" for global for any new user created? Can we make this kind of view settings default for every user (unless thay change it themselves for personalizatio)?

I'm not sure this is available for other UI's rather than interaction contact factsheet, but we can limit it to interaction contact factsheet for now.

    We currently have no "key user" functionality for these UIs. In upcoming releases, there will/might be Fiori Apps (e. g. Object Pages) replacing the Thing Inspectors which will support Runtime Adaptation. This feature will allow a key user to customize the screen for other users.
