Integrated planning Objects Transport issue

I transported all the IP Objects such as Aggregation levels,Planning functions,Characteristic relations etc from development to staging/Testing environments.I released the requests and transported them successfully.

Now when I try to change the object in Development again it complains that "Object is locked by the Change and Transport Organizer".I am not sure why this is happening.I am sure that the object is not there in any open request.This is happening for all the IP objects I transported.

In the development system, go to transport connection, and pull whichever object is giving that error message to the collection pane. It will show you whether the object is locked or not.

I resolved the issue.IP Objects are using the BEX transport even the starndard transport is turned on.So we need to always have a common Bex request and IP objects modified by all users will go into this request.
