Monitor Shopping Cart report(BBP_MON_SC) not showing detail Limit carts

Hi All,

We have a problem with Monitor Shopping Cart report(BBP_MON_SC).

This is not showing up the details of Limit cart.

It gives a pop-up which says "No Shopping Carts for your Search Criteria".

We are in SRM 5.0 and ECC as backend.

Any help in this regards is highly appreciated.

Eventhough Note 972697 was not implementable, instructions of this note helped me to fix the issue.

The error is now resolved for us.
