Rename SAP landscape hosts names (CAL and replication)

Hello guys,

I deployed 2 SAP Hana instances on Azure with SAP CAL (SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance). Both instances have same hosts names on hosts file, here for SAP S/4HANA hosts:

10.0.0.57 vhcalhdbdb vhcalhdbdb.dummy.nodomain vhcals4hci
vhcals4hci.dummy.nodomain vhcals4hcs vhcals4hcs.dummy.nodomain sid-hdb-s4h sid-hdb-s4h.dummy.nodomain
10.0.0.221 vhcalhdbdb vhcalhdbdb.dummy.nodomain vhcals4hcs
vhcals4hcs.dummy.nodomain vhcals4hci vhcals4hci.dummy.nodomain sid-hdb-s4h sid-hdb-s4h.dummy.nodomain

I would like to make HA both instances, but for that, I have to rename hosts on the 2nd instances. For SAP S/4HANA, I will use hdblcmgui, do I need to modify only the the hostname or also the certificate hostname?

And what about other hosts like vhcals4hcs and vhcals4hci and also NetWeaver JAVA and BI?
