Employee who don’t need to have access to C4C

Is there a way to create employee in C4C, without any system access.We don’t need to give access to all employee, they want to control the number of licences for C4C.

The employee exist in SAP ECC, they have been identified as partner function “Z” type. And this “Z” type is setup as Party Role in C4C.

Hi Jean,

Yes, you can.

The employee will consume C4C license if his business user is unlocked and validity is good.

There is a checkbox in business users view that shows if the user is consuming license or not.

See attached.

So, you need to replicate the employee from ECC with expired validity and locked. This way he should not consume licenses.
