APPLYING SUPPORT PACK

Dear All,

When i was trying to apply SAP_BAsis Level10 SP in my NW2004s System during Imp_all stage it got stuck

it is keep on running at the same atage but i didn't see any WP is running the same when i tried to run in BGD

it was not happening.

Hi suman,

usually it takes lot of time, during import_all u can check the log for more details.

To display the import status of a Support Package queue, call Support Package Manager and choose Goto --> Status --> Queue.

How long it's been running? Can you see the SPAM status? What does it say?

It is running almost from yesterday and when i am trying to check in another session means it is coming an error like

during basis import it usually shows that error, that means import still in process. i think u should wait for some more time. i recently done this.

in the spam transaction , the spam status is still in red right?
