Hide Repeated Key values - Workbook

Hi experts,

I have unchecked 'Hide repeated key values' in the query.

When i run the query, repeated key values are displayed (as expected).

I also have saved a workbook using this query.

However, the workbook does not display repeated key values.

(when i make other changes to the main query, for e.g., change variable sequence, the changes are reflected in the workbook ).

I want to display repeated key values in the workbook.

Any ideas? I am using Netweaver 2004s.

Points will be assigned.

If you are using the Design Mode to insert queries in BI 7.0 workbooks ? If yes, try reading the query again from the workbook - Design Mode - Table - Properties - Read the Query same query again - Save Workbook - Close and Open to run it.

Remove the query and insert it again.

Also try refresh the workbook after it is opened.

    Hello Rajen,

I guess that the workbook was created before the query change was done. Unfortunately, there are various change topics which are not taken over into a workbook afterwards.

Please open the workbook properties and select the correspondig option.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

PS: What I wrote is valid for 3.x workbooks. Looking into the BW help I do not find the corresponding topic for BI 7.0 workbooks. So, my answer may be irrelevant.

    Hi Rajan,

In the workbook, select the char for which you want to show the repeat value.

right click and select the property and , check the repeat vlaue and save the workbook.

    Regards
