Multiple WBS elements in one line item in Contract

Dear All,

We have a requirement from the business that we are integrated with PS- SD integration where Contract Mile stone billing plan line item has a possibility of including multiple WBS elements?

Please advise!

It's not possible. Though you can have multiple WBS Elements to respective individual sales items.

By the way, can you share your business process where for one item you need multiple WBS?

Thanks for your reply.

Scenario: Contract to Invoice scenario, They create projects in PS with WBS elements using Milestone billing. We use contracts and invoices. 1 WBS multiple Milestones generating multiple invoices and working fine. But as per business needs below is an example:

They do billing once milestone network activity completed in PS so they would like to choose milestones from different WBS elements and raise an invoice.

1 WBS element:

A Milestone

B Milestone

C Milestone

2 WBS element:

D Milestone

E Milestone.

Now they want to use bill A & B from 1st WBS element and D from 2 WBS element as these activities are completed in PS.

I am just thinking if we want to use multiple WBS element for the same product. Cannot we create new line item using same product and fetch new WBS element and corresponding Milestones? so that they can generate invoices? Is this feasible option?

Please advise if any other alternative solution for this scenario.
