Bounce is not triggered back to Hybris Marketing system as Inbound email for AWS-SES account

Hi,

we have done Hybris Marketing integration with AWS-SES and the Email functionality is working as expected. However Email soft and Hard bounces is not trigerred back to Hybris system. Bounce Job log reflects as "Start collecting bounces from provider "sapAmazon", Processed 0 entries from queue. We could see the Bounces in the Email statistic of AWS account. Kindly help us.

Campaign Success show all the mails are delivered.

    Hi Thirupaty Reddy V,

    I am having the same issue, I have configured the SAP mail server and all the KPI's are updated automatically for campaigns, but when I do tests with mails that I know does not exist, the bounces counter dont count up, some idea what could it be?
