How do i resolve"My Document"path

When installing BO i get an error message

Unable to to resolve@My Document"path

This install is on a Windows 7/10 64bit environment.

please i need assistance with this.

I am installing BO Client tool,I run setup but the install does not create the "My Business Objects" Folder in "My Documents" because path cannot be found.

the version of BO is BO XI 3.1 SP5. it runs the setup but towards the end of the install i get the error message. My Documents folder is located on the C drive.

When does it happen during install ?
Where is your My Documents folder located ?

What are you installing. BO server or CLient tools? Screenshot will be helpful
