Unable to see the portal content directory in content adminstration

Hi

I m Unable to see the portal content directory in content adminstration. Do i need to activate some settings in EP?

I am also not able to see the content of Browse tab under System Administration >> System Configuration. It shows some error in the status bar (error on page). In fact browse tab is empty in every screen.

I need to define systems for my landscapes.

Althought i m able to view the content of accesible portal content.
