Change in text message of email notification to Approver

Change is needed in text message ( hyperlink ) of email notification to approver which is being triggered after a leave application in ESS.

I am unable to find out the exact location due to lack of knowledge in this regard.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

It's all depends upon your workflow design. First check the workflow ID which is configured in leave types processing. This you can check in configuration table V_T554S_WEB.

Then go to t-code SWDD and display the workflow. Here you can see all workflow design. You can take help from your workflow consultant.

Hi in standard the mail is sent by report RPTARQEMAIL. The documentation of the report explains this (I have written it). However, a link is not supported - the rest can be done via SE61. Some mail programms like outlook recognize a link on their own.
