Dear all.
I am a student from Singapore Management University, working on an IoT project on HANA Cloud Platform [Trial version] with my team. Unfortunately, my team's HANA database system got locked due to several failed logon attempts and we did not make any backup copy.
According to my professor, he told us that the account will be unlocked after 24 hours, but other websites stated that the account will be locked permanently.
Our team hope that any experts out there have a way to unlock our HANA database system account. Thank you very much.
