Missing LAM Data in SAP Work Manager 6.4

Hi All,

We are working on SAP Work Manager 6.4 and we have activated Linear Asset Management feature. Also we have done the Agentry configuration according to the configuration document. However, we are not able to get the linear data which is maintained along with the work order. Following is the screenshot to support the issue:

1/2

2/2

Note: We have deployed app on SMP 3.0 (Version 3.0.12.3),

Activated BC Set for LAM:

Please anyone suggest what could be the issue.

Thanks in Advance!

Regards,

Abhilasha Gupta

Hello,

I would recommend to update up to SP4 in the add-ons SMFND and SMERP.
Then, try to execute /SMERP/SAP_WORKMGR_61_EHP5_REF in tcode: SCPR20.

try to follow this KBA: https://help.sap.com/viewer/0bf95a6973364602b86627fd8bfc2fc6/6.2.0/en-US/b4bef32870a71014882be7f64e2...

Hi Abhilasha,

There could be many reasons for this. I would suggest the following -

  • Check the master installation note for any additional configurations that may be required
  • Check the objects via Agentry Test Environment on Eclipse to see if the data is downloaded
  • Execute the relevant BAPI's in backend to check if they return any data.

These should help you narrow down to the issue.

Cheers,

Hi Abhilasha,

Please verify the below :

In Configuration Panel->Client Globals->Equipment.LAM, FunctionalLocation.LAM,MeasuringDocument.LAM, Notif.LAM, Wo.LAM are activated.

LAM related Complex Tables, Data tables and MDO 's are activated in configuration panel.

In front end application, there is a global <<LAM.CategoryIdentifier>> with value set to L. verify if this need to be activated any where in configuration panel for client global or MDO filters.

Sravanthi.

Hi Sravanthi,

Thanks for the response.

I have checked all the client globals in Configuration Panel->Client Globals->Equipment.LAM, FunctionalLocation.LAM,MeasuringDocument.LAM, Notif.LAM, Wo.LAM. These are maintained and activated correctly.

Also, LAM related Complex Tables, Data tables and MDO 's are activated in configuration panel.

Also, the value L for LAM.CategoryIdentifier is activated in the LAM_EQUIPMENT Complex table and looks like follow:

Do we need to also maintain LAM.CategoryIdentifier in EQUIPMENT Complex Table? As of now it looks like follow:

Please suggest.

Thanks,

Abhilasha
