Where do we set a target for rebate

Example : If the client decide only if the customer reach 1 crore business in a year, then only he is eligible for 10% rebate. Here my doubt is where we set 1 crore target in rebate agreement.

Hi,

Pls maintain the condition record for rebates in VBO1 and with in that you give the scales. This will solve your problem.

Only if the customer reaches that value the amount will get accrued otherwise not.

Hi,

Pls check the condition type configuration for scale basis. Check if it is qty or value. It could be qty. If so change it to Value. I have done it way back in 2003. For you I have done again in my development server. It has successfully determined.

I think what Chakradhar's questionis that he want to give rebate for the 1st 1 crore also, not only after reaching the scale of 1 crore to be applied on the new orders.

Hi Awadesh,

If you are giving 10% on a years target of 1 crore, i don't think it is necessary of using rebate agreements. You can check the total purchases of your customers when they cross 1 crore then allow 10% discount to them, that's it.

In this case you are not making any partial payment until he reaches 1 crore, then why do u need rebate,

Also please elaborate your view, how we give the discount on the total purchase without using rebate agreement.

This can be done by setting scales. Let your scales start with 1 Crore rupees. The discount will get calculated if the prerequisite of ! crore is met if so then the value will get calculated and displayed in the document.
