How do I bring in u0093MRP Groupu0094 to BW, and also bring data along with it?

Hi,

Can you help me with this situation:

Ok, as per a report requirement, a user needs “MRP Group” on an existing report in BW; but this infoobject is nowhere in BW after a search in the Multiprovider, cube and infoobject tree.

A search by a colleague on R3 with mm03 showed “MRP Group” as an existing field; and somehow concluded by looking at its technical name that it should be part of 0mat_plant.

In BW, it MRP Group is not there as an attribute of 0Mat_Plant; but under InfoSource tree, Material Plant (attribute) 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR; under the transfer rule… it shows that MRP Group is part of the datasource.

How do I bring in “MRP Group” to BW, and also bring data along with it?

Thanks

DISGR- This is the field for MRP group

If this is somewhere in your transfer rules, you can map it and load data again to fetch values for this field

This field is part of standard extractor 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR

Activate the datsource in rsa5 and replicate the datasources in BI. This will appear in your transfer rules and you can map them

If you use the target infoobject for material in 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR in your cube, master data table will be subsequently referred as part of extended star schema. Assume you use infoobject Mat0001 to load 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR, use the same Mat0001 in your cube transaction load
