Error when adding attachment to candidate profile in E-Recruiting

We are experiencing the following error in our production E-Recruiting system when trying to add an attachment to a specific candidate's profile:

There is more than one instance of folder HROBJECT = 01NA50086648 APPLICATION = RCF

Message no. HRRCF0001022

In the document storage for HR objects (HRKWF), there are several files with the parameters HROBJECT = 01NA50086648 APPLICATION = RCF. Access is not unique.

System Response

The operation will be terminated.

Procedure for System Administration

Check the file with parameters HROBJECT = 01NA50086648 APPLICATION = RCF and make the appropriate changes.

Contact SAP if necessary.

I am unfamiliar with how these documents are stored and where to go to check the file. I have sent a note to SAP, but was hoping there was someone who might be able to help me with this problem.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Laura,

unfortunately I currently do not have the list w/ the SAP Notes, but SAP introduced some changes in the folder structure of the knowledge warehouse which are supposed to optimize the access of the documents.

You should check these Notes in SAP Net if you have problems saving attachments.

    Thanks Roman,

I did get a reply from SAP and they directed me to note 926361 which provides a report RCF_CORRECT_DUP which will correct the duplicate folders.
