Edit Page in Master Detail App displays Blank Screen on Navigation

I have created Master Detail template for Creating Manage Work Orders App. The issue which i'm facing is When i Click on Edit and Make changes in the edit view and navigate back to the Launchpad and come back to the App and to the edit view i see blank screen with no values.

Anyone Faced similar issue ?
