how to find SRM PO workflow approval (user) data

Hi Team,

I need to get Shopping cart Purchase order approval (user list) details to fetch and display in my report program.

Please note, I tried with one FM (BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL) and that versions entries/data is not the expected result by the functional consultant as he is asking me to approach with workflow (item) ID.

When I display 2 or 3 change versions data as approvals but the functional coming with only one or two and showing the workflow details as correct results.
