log Changes for Custom OM infotype

Hi Experts,

Could you please give solution.I have created one custom OM Infotype based on Position.I activated SM30->T77CDOC_CUST.then changed OM infotype data.Then run the report is RHCDOC_DISPLAY.I am able to see 'No change logs are found for this position.Could you reply.I have done this steps only .
