Text Preview/Mapping Templates etc Buttons not working in IR?

In my machine Text Preview/Mapping Templates etc Buttons not working in IR and it is working on all the other PC's ?

I dont have any clue Y this behaviour .Any suggestions for this strange behaviour and how to resolve it ?
