Course content for SAP XI 7.0 includes TBIT41,42,43,44 along with the combination of BIT402.

Well, the question is very broad and you have to do your own research. Bottomline, there are so many certifications available with minor differences. Go to the following link and research please.

My findings are that they only differ slightly between xi 3.0 and pi 7.0 for example, based on the study material. Also differences exist between a developer and an administrator.
