Hiring Two Employees With Same Position IDs

Hi,

Two employees have been hired by using the same position id.

How to reassign the position id of one employee?

Uhm....transfer/reassign the employee to the NEW position.

The alternative would be to re-execute the initial Action for that one employee, but using the NEW position.

You should be able to reassign an employee to an other position as of the Hire Date (DOJ) as long as that position exists at least as of that date.

Thanks. I will delete the relationship(A008) of one employee and assign a new position id to the same employee.

I believe that it would be better to assign the employee in the new position while re-execute the Hire Action.

Just deleting the relationship would leave an incoherence between OM and PA.
