SC approval - email to approver

Hi,

I have created a shopping cart and ordered it. It has gone for approval and I can find it in the approver's worklist too. However, an email is supposed to be triggered to the approver with the link and this is not happening.

I checked the emailid in the approver user settings. Is there any other configuration I need to check or do?

Please, help me with this.
