Number Range Problem

Hi All,

I have a query.I have assigned 20000000 no. range to a quotatiion. But while creating quotation it is taking 20000001.

i.e. my 1st quotation. But it should take 20000000 for the 1st quotation.WHy it is taking so?

Please help me out.
