How to make interaction link visible in segmentation model

Hi - I have 5 links in an email and would like to filter contacts by checking if they clicked a specific link (e.g. link #1). I believe in segmentation model i can only filter contacts by checking the general "click through" under interaction, but not checking the specific link. How can I make the interaction specific link field visible in segmentation model?

Thank you!

    Hi Chenyun,

As far as I can remember, the links of click through interactions are stored in the field named "LAUNCH_URL" in CUAND_CE_IA_RT - interaction root table.

Therefore you need to make this field visible in the segmentation.

    I hope this helps

Hi Hakan - I'm using 1711 Cloud. Can you please elaborate more about how can I set it visible in the cloud version? Like which application should I use?

    Hi Chenyun,

If you want to enable that URL in segmentation, you need to go segmentation configuration apps and find your related segmentation profile, its assigned segmentation object and assigned data sources. In one of data sources that are relevant to interaction fields, you need to search for the field LAUNCH_URL and make it visible in segmentation.

    I hope this helps
