Confirmation Screen-issue

Hi PM Guys

The requirement is whenever the user opens IW41 or IW42 for confirmation of operations,The actual work field should get populated with the difference of hours of fields_Work starts on_ and Work ends on. Is it possible by using any exit.Pl suggest and its very urgent please.
