I have XML file needs to be sent to Server Proxy through XI. Which mapping I should use in this case? Is message mapping enough ?

The problem is the structure of XML file and RFC are different.
Moreover, the structure of XML is complicated. How can I construct (import) this structure in XI so that I can do the mapping?

Depends on how complex your mapping is. In most of cases Graphical Mapping is all that is needed.

you can also skip mapping in XI and use the same structure for proxy and do all your inbound processing in the server proxy
