Initialization fail during downtime of r/3

Hi,

I ran the setup tables for sales , 11 during downtime.

The initialization for 2lis_11_V_ITM failed and now the system is back and running.

I deleted the init now and ran the initialization again, it is good.

So, If i understand it right,

Any document changes related to this data source that occurred after setup tables have been loaded and successful init later,

while system was running are lost.

Looking at the MC structure it gets data from VBAK, VBAP, VBKD, VBUP & VBUP.

I looked at the help page of the DataSource, 2LIS_11_V_ITM

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/94/5780aeec7d43d9be78b05fd4b3212e/content.htm

May i know if i there is a method to check if i have missed any document changes?

Thanks,

Raj.

Hi,

I think , its better to do initialization again, by setting the "Early Delta Intialization" in the Info package settings.

If you set this, there is no need of making the system down, By this setting the Delta queue will be filled , parallely with the init load.

Hope it helps.....
