Hello Experts

I have an issue related to the Interaction Center Win Client.

When i create an Activity and a Follow Up document, i can see all the flow in the Context Tab. The thing is that when you click End Contact and then, create a new case with a new follow up, the follow up of the new case is linked to the previous activity created previously. All of this without signing off the Interaction Center.

I have read that with the transaction CRMC_CIC_RESTART you can configure the bytes in order to restart the Interaction Center memory, or refresh it somehow in order to correct this. I have tried with different numbers and i can't get it work well. All the follow up activities are mixed and is not working well.

Can anyone help me on this issue please?
