Hi,

I want to give a discount of say, 2% on the Basic Price of a product.

How can I define it using Condition Type K004 ?

I would appreciate if detailed steps are mentioned.

You can't , K004 is an amount discount. You need to use a Condiiton type defined as a percentage discount. In the standard system I do not see one specifically for material percent discount.

Create a ZK04 condition Type (Copy from K004 and change it from calc Type C=Quantity to A=Percentage. Use the same Access sequence. Add this to your Price Procedure. Create a Condiiton Records (T-Code VK11) and there ya go !

I think we also need to make sure the pricing procedure is configured to send in the right sub-total for this new condition type that you have created.
