Add some attributes in a mail form

Hi gurus;

I've an attribute that admits multi-val. This attribute is asociated to a Business Partner with differents values.

When I create a mail form, I associate this attribute.

When I send the mail, I do the test with a Business partner to see the field that it appears in the mail. The result is just appears the first, and the others don't appear.

How can i solve that?
