what is planned delivery time ?

Is it transit time + vendor menufacturing time ?

Can somebody tell exactly ?

    yes it is the time required by the vendor to deliver goods at ur door step thatis transit + manufacturing. it is also known as lead time

      Hi ,

      Yes,Planned delivery time is vendor's time for which he promises to customer to delivery the goods.This will be in normal calender day.

      We have Replenish Lead time which is sum of 3

      1.Purchasing processing time(creation of requirements like PR/PO..etc)

      2.Planned delivery time(Vendor Time)

      3.GR processing time(Time required to process the arrived goods into the system)

      1 and 3 are in factory calender days.

    Pland. del time is basicaly vendor promise the time for particular material to be avialble to us in the certain day. that may incluide vendor manfacturing time or procurement time etc.
