Error in outbound queue. Packed field contains incorrect BCD format

Hi,

Can anyone please help me with this.

In the outbound queue of CRM, the queues are stuck up in SYSFAIL state.

The error is ' Packed field contains incorrect BCD format.'

Can anyone suggest what this could mean?
