posting issue

Sir,

User has made UD on today(21.01.2008) but that material was recieved on 19.12.2007

date of lot origin is 19.12.2007

but when I wants to consume it on 31.12.2007.

when I am doing MB1A with 201 movement,

sysem is giving me error " Deficit of SL Unrestr. prev. 10 KG : RLACET-CH 1023 RM00"

now what i have to do

is it any possiblity for this

any reverse option please suggest me.

Hi,

you can go to qa 11 then in their you change the date itself as 31.12.2007 then it will allow to do that and also the period should remain opened for that period

when i am going in QA11 system is asking for Inspection lot after entering the lot no. and when i enter

system is giving me a pop-up witch is showing

Hi

System is giving u this error , because u have done the UD already and now trying to do Result Recording. It is not possible.RR is to be done before UD.

On 31.12.2007, that material was in Quality stock, at that time it can not use by Production. It can only used if it is in Unrestricted stock.

Now why are you trying to do RR?Material has already been posted.

Hi Neeraj,

I want to show consumption of material in last month

system accepting posting after 1 jan 08 but not accepting in 31 dec.

why it is accepting it should not be accept because i have done a UD on 10-01-2008

please suggest me a solution

u go to qa11-- there sock posting tab page in the upper side there is one icon to change the document date and posting date -

inthat field change the date
