Problem with file to RFC scenario

Former Member

Hello,

I try to implement file to RFC scenario.

In the SXMB_MONI the flag is OK (black and white) but the mapping is not work.

When I search in receiver grouping in main document I see the file with sender structure.

When I search in the trace section I see the this errors line:

<Trace level="1" type="T">no interface found</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">--start receiver interface action determination</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">Loop 0000000001</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">select interface *</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">select interface namespace</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">no interface found</Trace>

<Trace level="1" type="T">--no sender or receiver interface definition found</Trace>

I already check the receiver determination and not found any problem.

I'm not see any errors in RWB

Any idea how to solve this issue?

Elad

Hi,

There is feature to test the Configuration settings in Integration Directory.

Tools--> Test Configuration.

Here you need to specifry the Sender and Receiver details.

In Payload, --> copy it from RWB or SXMB_MONI with sender payload,

execute the scenario( Downward arrow Icon).

It will give you all details and log if there is anything missing in the scenario.

Thanks

Hello Swarup,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried to use with test configuration and I received this error:

Interface Mapping

... (164 lines)

I'm not found any problem in MM (Message mapping)

Any idea?

Hi,

Please can you check with the Interface Mapping, if its assigned properly in receiver determination then it shouldn't be any problem.

Also test the Interface mapping with payload.similar to message mapping in Integration Repository you will have test tab for Interface mapping also.

Let me know if all those are fine. it will help you to filter out and trace the proper error.

thanks

Hi,

Also, you could check the Interface Determination object to confirm that the Interface Mapping object included is the correct one.

Hello,

Now when I use with test configuration the test is OK.

When I check the mapping the mapping is OK.

When I check Interface Mapping the Interface Mapping is OK.

But the initial is the same (like in the first post).

Any new idea?

Hi,

In RWB can you verify if you are getting any error for the receiver / sender communication channels.

also let us know if you are any error details apart from the above trace level details in SXMB_MONI.

Thanks

Swarup

Hello,

In RWB not have any errors/

In the trace level in SXMB_MONI I found the same problem like in the first post.

Hello,

I solved the problem but the questions is still here.

The problem solved when I changed the RFC fields (in R/3 system) from char to string.

Now I have 2 assumption:

1. the problem is in the gap with this two system (R/3 and SAP XI) one work in Unicode and the other work in other way

Who can I check it?

2. maybe I need to add something in my data type in one or more from the fields Details, Default or Description?

Increase the trace level to 3 from sxmb_adm -> specific configuration to find out the actual problem

I think either ID is not properly configured or not activated. Perform a configuration test.
