SAPOSCOL not running? (Shared memory not available)

Hi,

I have a production system with 4 dialogue instances. None of the 4 saposcol of the dialogue instances can´t display

collected data except in the central intance. In the ST06 displays the error message "saposcol not running? (Shared memory not available)"

At the OS, saposcol proccess is active. In the ST06 we can start and stop saposcol but doesn`t collect data.

The shared memory exists and content data because we can open saposcol in display mode and read the shared memory.

Do you have any idea what may be happening?

Thanks.

Regards.

Hi Adri,

First stop the running SAPOSCOL.

Run the script saproot.sh which will be in your kernel directory as root user.

cd /sapmnt/<SID>/exe

saproot.sh <sid>

Start the saposcol again.

Best Wishes.
