Creating quotations with reference

Hello experts,

How can I create more than one Quotation (QT) from an Inquiry (IN) if “update document flow” is checked at the copy control of the position?

U can always create more then one quotation if “update document flow” is checked at the copy control of the position but item category at inquiry e.g. in std SAP AFN should have

Completion Rule as B not A
