sales order - vkm3 changes?

dear sd experts,

kindly let us know, thru manu path, how to see vkm3 changes in a sales order, when date & time vkm3 done & user id, etc.

if it is not available thru sales order, but is there any other report thru which we know the above details?

    HI,

    You can observe the changes for a sales document in the change history. Open the document in change mode and from menu go to Environment-->changes. You can see the changes done through VKM3 ( here you can release the document only) user name, time and date.

    VKM1 Blocked SD Documents

    VKM2 Released SD Documents

    VKM3 Sales Document

    VKM4 SD Documents

    VKM5 Delivery

    you can view released document in VKM2, what else is required?

    and you will get all the required data from table VBUK.

    CMPSA Static check

    CMPSB Dynamic check

    and all status fields
