Condition value for JIPL and JIPC

Hi all

i have one problem related to LST and CST our client using ECC 6.0

i have already maintained the J1ID

i have already maintained the Condition record through FV11 for JIPL or JIPC

all the other values are coming ok Like BED ECESS or SECESS in Invoice tab of PO

but the system showing the Condition value Zero for JIPL and JIPC while we create the PO

is there any SAP note regarding this problem

please Help us out its very very urgent
