Module pool

Hai,

I have one Textfield in module pool, i.e Textfield1. When i execute it's in disable mode, that is not a problem, but that field contain '0', that's not correct manner because it should be blank space.

The Textfield1 has NUMERIC data type.

How can i solve that problem

    Hi Udaya

Please change the date type to character. If you want that to take only numbers then you can validate for the same in PAI.

    Hi,

As the text field is numeric , so if the text field is not having any value then in the display mode it will show initial value , ie zero .... for numeric its zero,

so if u want blank space then create the text field of character data type.

    regards,

    Hai santhosh,

I don't like to change the data type, is it possible to display the textfield in blank without '0'?

      Hi,

Have you given the data type as NUMC(or 'n' in DATA statement)? Then it should not show 0 there. If your data type in Integer you can give NUMC instead of that cos both serves the same cause.
