RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST AND PROVIDE AND ENDPROVIDE

When to use RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST and Provide and EndProvide?

which scenario we go for RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST and Provide?

both will do the same purpose?

RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST will read recent records.

Provide will read sequentially data.

other than this...difference

can anyone clear my doubt?
