Problem enhancing a field from structure to data source.

Hi All,

I have got problem of enhancing a field from structure(CRMT_BW_LEAD_I) to standard data source 0CRM_LEAD_I.

in CRM Source System.What is the procedure of enhancing the field to data source .Like we have LBWE in R/3 to enhance the field.
