PO releases strategy

Hi all

1)We want to write rejection note at the time of PO releses & thses note directly send to concern person (purchase dept.)

so that he can see why PO Is hold or rejected at higher level releases .

2)Auto mail generation at what level releses is pending (tell me report t_code) & directly goes to concern person .

Is SAP provide thses facility , if yes pl. explaine me briefy.

Hi,

This is a standard SAP functionality of release procedure, but it can be configured only with the help of a Work flow consultant.

Better catch hold of any Workflow consultant or an Technical person to fulfill the requirments.

hi,

we have one report for ur issu. so pls ask to abaper tell ur req. They will develop the report .

no std report is in sap
