Where can i assign capacity for service technician ?

I want to assign capacity ( certain amount of ticket per day ) for each technician and can't seem to find the configration on how to do this any help please ?

    Hi,

    In the employee record of the technician, you can maintain working hours.

    You will find this in the 'People' Workcentre and then 'Employees'.

    I agree with Jameel,

    U can find the Workcentre and then Employees Technician record u have to maintain working hours.

    I dont want to maintain working hours , I want to maintain number of tickets daily assigned to the technician .
