Fortunately we are able in C4C to configure a specific holiday calendar.

I had to create a new NL holiday calendar as "SAP Delivered Calendar: Cannot be Maintained" and we have a Kingsday (27 April) instead of a Queensday (30 April) now.

But how do i deactivate the old calendar and make my holiday calendar the default one? or how do i ensure that my configured calender is taken as default?

At least the custom holiday calendar needs to be assigned to a custom working day calendar for the same reason of not being able to change the standard. In step 2 country and custom holiday calendar are chosen. No obvious status is visible for activating - or deactivation the calendar.

I "ignore" the standard calendar by defining a service level and assign it to my configured calender linked to my new holiday calendar. I also set up a rule to determine this customized calendar for my service tickets, but not fully sure if the appointment creation related to the service ticket goes well. Probably best thing to do is also update the field service guys agenda as well for this particular holiday.
