Work contract against WBS
Hi ,
I am working on a scenario, where at the time of project creation we hve to generate vendor contracts & with referene to that work orderes are to be generated during prj execution.
My question is We have to generate 3 diff vendor contracts say Contract1 for Mech. work, Contract 2 for Civ. work, contract 3 for Elect. work. While creating contract I want to assign Header WBS to all contracts, so is this a correct way ? How it will affect on project ?
